What a landmark event! We had the most incredible time this past week at the final stop on the Success University World Tour in Dallas, TX. For those who didn't know, the Success University just completed a World Tour event where the top leaders visited 4 continents in 4 weeks announcing the release of our new $400,000 tool to the field. What an incredible 5 days we had in St. Thomas at the wedding of Success University CEO and President Matt Morris and Rhonda Salah! It was absolutely a picture perfect setting (and we have the pictures to prove it!). Not only did we get to spend those 5 days with Success University Vice Presidents Ned and Cheryl Rae; we were also with SU VP and World Renowned Speaker Johnny Wimbrey and his wife Crystal, SU Vice President of Sales and Marketing Tony Michael (the youngest person to ever be featured on the cover of "Six Figure Income Earner") and a host of other VIPs (some who were very eager to share their business building secrets with us which we'll pass on to you!).

Here's the most important thing to know... the next time we travel, we want you there with us. Success University has allowed us to travel the globe this year, to places like Disney World, Mexico, a Cruise to the Yucatan, a movie premier in Las Vegas, St. Thomas and its only August! This should definitely save them some time as they may find themselves “guessing” about what to do next in the beginning. It keeps your job with them simpler as well. Sometimes, we can all give people too much info all at once. The sooner we can have them understanding how simple the system is, then they will have an easier time transitioning their people as well…….

Make sure that you relate on a personal level everything in the book as you connect with your associates. Personal follow up and coaching is what really does the trick to cause the results on your team. This is what also sets us apart from all the junk out there on the net. It’s been said that in order to achieve true success, all you need to do is find people to serve. If you want more success – find more to serve. Success University is built just for that – to serve others and to serve a lot of people. Those of you reading this right now know this, because you took the first step and signed yourself up. Now you’re asking – where do I find those people to serve? Well, the answer is simple – they’re around you every single day!

What we are referring to are people out there that ALREADY know you i.e., your “warm market”. They could be anyone in your immediate or extended family, other relatives, friends, current or former business associates, acquaintances, or even everyday people you come across while going about your daily routines. Now before you say “I don’t feel comfortable talking with others about this”, think again. It’s not WHAT you say, it’s what you DON’T say!!!!

Chris and I have been finding immediate success with many people in our warm market just by using this simple way we know that works when inviting people to our website from our warm market. It’s the ONLY way we use for this because it’s easy to teach and IT WORKS!

Our family gathered together at a recent family function. While we were there, I was asked by my cousin what I had been up to. “YOU’RE NOT GOING TO BELIEVE IT!” I said three times as I looked her in the eye. I said exactly how Johnny says it and guess what? As I was just getting ready to pick up the phone to call her back after she reviewed the site info, the phone rang. It was my cousin. She had already signed up and was all ready to learn more! We spoke about the next steps and her husband, having overheard the conversation ran over and said to her, I have to talk with her too! They couldn’t be more excited to be involved!!!!

We’ve already figured out that all of us as human beings like to make up meaning out of everything & tend to want to pre-judge what people are saying. When somebody approaches you and says: “I have something exciting to tell you about…” What’s your first natural reaction? CURIOSITY! You want to know more. What they hear is what’s being said behind the words. If you begin to “spew” on them trying to tell them everything you know about SU and then some, what do you think the “unsaid” message that they get is? They begin to think that THEY CAN’T DO THIS!!!! That’s right. Because you were so adept at telling them EVERYTHING that you know, the little person “chattering” to them in their ear, says “You can’t do this! It’s too complex, it’s too much information to remember and it sounds like sales and I’m not a salesperson!!!” Exactly opposite the real deal! You want to do them justice by having them learn more about who we are and what we’re doing by letting them step in on their own volition! They immediately sense the excitement and because you allowed them curiosity, they go straight to your site without any pre-judgement whatsoever! Get them first to your website, then simply point them to the system, (let the system do the work for you) and you will get great results!!!! Have them listen to the audio and video. Then you will call them back in 30 min. Once they call you back, and start to ask questions, you can immediately 3 way them in with your upline. If you can’t get to your upline then and there, (most of the time we are available!) you can either get them signed up with the free trial, or have them listen to a live call or new member training. Ask them: What did you enjoy about what you just heard and read? Do not attempt to answer too many questions, no matter what they say, just say: GREAT! Hold on a second! Then 3-way them in. After the call, show them the way to the sign up on your site. AWESOME! Have them go through the 7 steps in their backoffice, listen to the next live call and new member training, etc.

Chris & I couldn’t be more thrilled that our entire families have gotten involved with us with Success University! How did we do this? It’s all about what we didn’t say….….in the beginning especially. We just followed Johnny Wimbrey’s warm market approach of learning how to instill curiosity in our conversation.

HOW TO SET UP A THREE WAY CALL WITH YOUR UPLINE LEADERS

STEP ONE

Get a prospect to your .com website to listen to the recording and movie. Once the prospect has done this, ASK THIS QUESTION:

"What did you like BEST about what you saw?"

STEP TWO

Get them to the .com/specialoffer website to listen to the recorded call and read all the information.

ASK THIS QUESTION:

"What did you like BEST about what you heard and read?"

THEN ASK FOR THE "DEAL"! BEFORE STEP THREE

"Do you see any reason why you wouldn't want to get started with us right away?"

STEP THREE

Third party validation - this step is to answer their questions to further show that the systems in place will do most all the work for you.

EDIFICATION IS A MUST IN THIS PROCEEDURE!!

They are going to have questions 99.9% of the time. When they tell you
they have some questions your reply should be, “FANTASTIC, CAN YOU HOLD?”
This is when you three way them to your upline mentor, coach or sponsor.
In most cases if you are getting this from me, it will be me...
You will assure me they have done step one and two and what their answers
were, and of course you will give me their name.
You will then switch back over to the prospect and say,

“THANK YOU FOR HOLDING JOE PROSPECT!! BECAUSE YOUR QUESTIONS
ARE SO IMPORTANT TO ME, I HAVE ASKED MY MENTOR AND COACH TO BE ON THE LINE WITH US.

We just hit 400! Who would have believed that by 7 weeks our team would be 400 strong?!!! Our leaders are beginning to emerge and the team is getting ready for some massive growth. We just keep doing what we've been doing on a consistent basis and are beginning to focus on our leaders.......still only part time for both of us......all the while, checks have been arriving and we are ecstatic to think that we can get paid this good for something that we love to do (being in the service of others) and can have this much fun doing it!!!

Last weekend was a real eye opener to say the least. Simply stated, Chris & I were blown away by the leadership of all who are associated with this company. We’re writing this blog entry from 35,000 feet (literally!) as we are on our way to the Success University’s first ever “Speaker’s Mastery Seminar”. While sitting here in row 17 it gave Julie and I a moment to reflect on what’s gone on with our team over the last month.

We officially launched our Success University team on January 1, and 39 days later our team has broken the 300 mark (304 to be exact)!! No one is more amazed about that than us, and what we’re really present to is it’s really because of all of you; our team members. Without you none of this would be possible. Earl Nightingale says in his “Lead The Field” book that if you want to find success, find more people to serve. That’s really the key to this whole business – being in the service of others. Focus on that, and you will achieve your goals and live your dreams. We are here in your service.
